What you'll do
- Product definition: In-depth study of user needs, product functions and market demand; put forward innovative product strategies and implementation.
- Product realisation: Manage changes in product definition requirements to ensure product compliance with planning and definition requirements.
- Product development management: Manage the whole process of a product, from project establishment, research and development, to mass production and sales.
- Product life cycle management: Manage product upgrades, replacements, price adjustments and other life cycle steps.
- Product launch: Work with the Marketing and Sales departments to complete the marketing plan and market data, and make sure the product's sales target is achieved.
- Project support: Support sales colleagues to define, develop and implement customised project products.
What we're looking for
- Excellent product planning and cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, with a clear and keen understanding of users, markets and products.
- English level 6 or above, able to communicate independently and skilfully with foreign colleagues and customers. An English major or overseas experience is preferred.
- Responsible, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
